qPCR Master Mix
Our lyophilized Master Mix comprising all the reagents necessary to perform qPCR reactions. It contains: Taq Polymerase, reverse transcriptase (for RNA detection), dNTPs, MgCl2, Buffer y stabilizer. The Master Mix liophilized can be stocked up to 24 months at room temperature. It can be used with a wide variety of thermocyclers and ISO 13845 compliant.
